Thank you for your interest in holding your wedding ceremony at Waterbrooke Church!

We'd like to provide you with a little information about our facility and our fees so you can decide if you would like to apply to hold a date with us:

- Maximum Occupancy in the sanctuary is 125 people.
- Maximum number of people for an outdoor wedding is 150 people.
- We have approximately 46 paved and 28 gravel parking spaces. Parking is not permitted on the road in front of the church.
- For Saturday weddings, the church must be vacated and everything brought in removed by 7 p.m. so that we have time to clean and get ready for Sunday services.
- Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the church property.

The fees are as follows:

- Deposit: $150 check to hold the date. We will retain it, and if there are no damages or additional fees, we will return the check to you after the wedding. The deposit fee is due after the wedding date has been approved. Once we receive your check we will add the wedding to our church calendar.
- Rehearsal and Ceremony Fee: $500 due one month before the wedding. This covers fees for our wedding coordinator, sound technician, cleaning and church usage fees.
- Rehearsal Dinner Fee: $200 due one month before the wedding. This covers fees for our wedding/kitchen coordinator and cleaning fees.
- Reception Fee: $300 due one month before the wedding. This covers wedding/kitchen coordinator and cleaning fees.
- Note: Honorariums for pastors, officiants, singers and musicians should be covered by the wedding party.
